Added 2 new Access points to a building but they are not showing up in technology manager? Any ideas? These are the 1st 2 in this building that are LWAP so they should auto configure. POE to the devices is good.

You might try power cycling he firewall. Other then that, I can only suggest calling Global Service.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Give it time, I've been told that it could take 2 hours to have these devices configured and show up in TM.
