Deleting an account

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Deleting an account

I accidentally created a second account without registering with my membership number, so I now have two accounts under the same name. how can I delete the account that isn't linked with my membership record number?

Go to the help menu at ldsaccount.lds.org and click on the Help link. You may need to click on "Show all questions" at the bottom. You should find a link that closely resembles your issue. You will most likely be asked to create a trouble ticket for the LDS Account support folks to follow up on.
