Hello LDS tech forum:
Which callings have the permission to report visiting teaching through Leader and Clerk Resources? I have a Visiting Teaching Coordinator assigned, but she can't access LCR or the visiting teaching reporting function. Does the person in this calling usually have permission to submit visiting teaching reports through LCR? What should I do in order to grant this person access?

She should have some access to LCR. To access it:
- She has to be in a standard calling (not a custom position).
- You have to give it a day or so for permissions to sync.
- She has to be using a LDS Account that's tied to her (has her MRN) - can't use spouse's account.
- She has to be accessing LCR, not LDS Tools or some other website.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
