Received an email containing the following information:

Then it said it was for my infant child. Has someone tried to setup an account for them?? I have tried replying back to the sender: ticketingsystem@ldschurch.org via qemailserver.com with no response for almost a month.
HELP!!!!
Was my infant's information used to create phony account ??

"contacting GSC Distribution" makes me think this was in response to a query, not an attempt to set up an account.
I suspect someone at GSC picked the wrong name from a list in trying to choose the person calling. Clearly not paying attention to the age.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
