Access To 'Send A Message'
Is there a list of which callings have access to LCR "Send A Message" at the stake and ward levels? it doesn't seem like my role of STS has access and I am supposed give some training next week.

According to this Access table, at the stake level, it looks to be just stake presidency, including some clerks. At the ward level, it's the Bishopric, including some clerks.
