Not all donations showing

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Not all donations showing

I got an email saying that the 2015 Tax Statements would be available online - for both donations made online and donations made to ward directly. I went to it, but it is only showing the 1 donation I made online, not the monthly donations I made directly to my ward...

Talk to your ward clerk. The most likely explanation is that your donor record in the ward's record keeping software (called MLS) is not connected to your membership record number. Your ward clerk can fix that, and then the donations you made to the ward will be connected to your membership record number and be visible to you on LDS.org.
