What to do when someone will not give contact infromation

We received the records of a 29 year old male showing him living with his father. I contacted him and was informed he doesn't live with his father, he is not active and will not give his contact information. Any suggestions?

Follow in the instructions for "Address Unknown".
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
