Where did you get your MRN? Unless you're looking at your Information and Ordnance Summery (IOS) or other computer printout, it could be wrong. Temple recommends are sometimes written wrong.
You can try and use the "Forgot your username" to see what account is connected to your MRN. You may have created an account to use with another church website and not realized it was a universal account. (Things like FamilySearch, ldsmail, Store, ldsjobs, vineyard, Perpetual Education Fund, and LDS International Art Competition)
