change username

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

change username

I would like to change my username but cannot find the field to do so, even if I have gotten into "Personal Information" section...

Thanks..

P.S. It is currently dmillios... I would like to change it to dmartin (first choice) or dvmartin (2nd choice)...

I'm not sure where you are looking. It appears to me that if you go to ldsaccount.lds.org, you can change it there. At least it lets me change that field.

When you change it, it may take some time for the systems to sync up and use the new name.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
