Here is a twist on the bounced emails issue. We have a ward in which there is an e-mail address that continues to bounce e-mails. The problem is that there is nobody in the ward with that e-mail address. We have tracked it down to a member who moved out of the ward. However, because it has been so long since the member moved they do not know where they moved or the ward into which they moved. The records for the individual have been moved out of the ward.
Does anybody know how to solve this one?

Well, there was another thread that discussed a similar problem for a deceased member.
