How to remove YW from Personal Progress Leader Summary?

There are a few YW in our ward who have graduated to Relief Society but their names (and progress) still appear in the Leader Summary of the Young Women Personal Progress webpage. Is there a way to remove them? I thought this would happen automatically when the individual's Class Assignment on her membership record was changed to Relief Society.

How much time has elapsed? Sometimes systems need time to sync up.

I have 2 YW that turned 18 more than 6 months ago and have been assigned to relief society but still show up on the personal progress leader summary.

The FAQs say they stay until they turn 19. So I guess you have 6 more months to go.

If I had to guess, I'd say that the YW Personal Progress was developed before the Organizational Information was available on-line. Since it's possible to have a 18 year old still in high school, the cut-off of 19 was selected.
