Recording a PH Ordination and Quarterly Report
We have a young man who was baptized in our ward in April 2015 at the age of 11. He turned 12 in early December and was ordained a deacon at that time. The ordination was not properly recorded at that time, and now the quarterly report is showing his as unordained. If we record the ordination now, will the quarterly report properly reflect that, or since it wasn't entered prior to MLS doing the update to import information regarding quarterly report information, will it just show him as unordained no matter what this time?

The base data for the quarterly report is frozen at the end of the quarter and won't change regardless of any ordinations recorded after that.

The quarterly report reflects the status of your records as of the end of the quarter. If the ordination was not recorded by December 31, he will be listed as unordained on the quarterly report. Recording the ordination after the end of the quarter will not affect that.
