Home/Visiting Teaching Reporting For Moved in Members

#1

Post by cordellblaine1 »

I had a quick question - we recently had a number of families move into our ward in December.

I am seeing that for the quarterly report, we are showing these families as not home/visit taught for Oct/Nov because they moved in in December. Does the system ignore the new families for previous months, or does it count against the quarter's statistics?

Thank you!

Check and see if the families are listed in your "base" number. I wouldn't think they'd count unless they moved in prior to December. (Although, you will see the HT/VT record of the prior ward.)
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

Kind of a moot point as you don't report October and November visits on your quarterly report anyhow.
