Missing Ward Members
The Bishop and his family have disappeared from our online ward and stake directories. When ward members have synced their devices for the last couple of months, the whole family disappears. Nobody, even the Bishop, seems to know why. What could have happened?

Has his family been set to Private - leaders only?

I'm assuming their records are still in the ward – do you know if they show up in MLS or Leader and Clerk Resources? Maybe someone accidentally transferred out the records for the bishop and his household instead of someone else with the same name.

Is the Bishop an Out-of-unit Leader? (Perhaps out-of-stake?)
If you look at callings, does the bishop show up in the bishopric?
