I am the Ward Clerk for the Washington Terrace 10th Ward (109207). We have run out of deposit slips and cannot make yesterday's deposit without one. How do I go about getting a deposit book?

Follow the instructions found in Ordering Deposit Tickets, which provides several options.

[Moderator note: I removed from your post the personal names, addresses, and phone numbers for you and your bishop. It's not a good idea to post such personal information on a completely public site, and no one that reads these posts would be able to do anything with that contact information anyway.]
