Primary not on directory

I am my ward Primary secretary and I need to print out the names and birthdays of all the children for 2016 but when I click on "Ward Directory" there is no listing for Primary. All the other auxiliaries are listed except the Primary.
How can I fix that?

You can't. In order to protect the privacy of children the directory does not display the primary organization (although it does show the Primary leaders and teachers under Ward Leaders).

However, as Primary Secretary you should have access to the Leader and Clerk Resources site (https://clerk.lds.org) and you should be able to get the list you want there.

You can't do anything to fix it on the Directory. For whatever reason, the Primary has never been included in the Ward Organizations section of the directory (see, for example, a discussion a couple of years ago here).

However, as Primary secretary, you can use Leader and Clerk Resources to print lists of Primary children.

Go to Reports, Birthday List, and choose Primary. I printed mine 12/16/15 - no problem.
