Reporting certain purchases to IRS

Our Stake paid well over $600 for a bus to transport youth and leaders to Martin's Cove for a Trek. Do I report this on the 1099 Misc. I would think not.

It looks to me like it does have to be reported unless the payment was to a corporation. That looks like the only exception listed that could apply.
