We are in a building that is not part of our Stake, nor our Stake's FM group. We worship in a neighboring Stake's stake center that happens to use a neighboring FM group.
How can we get proper access to the FIR tool that applies to our building?
Do the reporting members need callings in the neighboring Stake? Can that happen? Can the neighboring Stake find our records to give us those callings? What is needed? (Membership record number?)
What needs to be updated so the default log in for members goes to the proper FM group?
Which ward callings should be given this access? or is it individuals to are given the access (vs callings)? [Bishop, Bishopric, Building Representative, others?]

I suspect that the FM database would have to be updated to show that you use that building.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
