We are trying to use LDS Maps showing our Ward membership households to allocate HT & VT districts & routes and to create efficient contact routes for unassigned household visits. Is there a way to print the area map on C or D size paper?

You could probably save them as pdf files and blow them up to C- or D-size, but the resolution might not be as good.

How can I see all of the ward members at one time on the map

When you are logged in with your LDS account, choose "My Ward and Stake" on the maps page. You will see everyone. You may have to zoom in to get more details.

I explained how to print large maps in one of my previous posts. Same thing will apply for larger pages like C and D size. Just run it out through adobe reader.
