Temporarily, or permanently? And are you sharing the computer with anyone else?

The hard way is to reinstall MLS. The easy way is to edit a small file that contains the language code.

The challenge is that everyone using the computer must use the same basic language, although some forms/reports and checks can be printed in a second language.

The parameter for changing the language that MLS runs in is "Language=en" in the MLS.properties file, which is located in "C:\Program Files\LDS Church\MLS". Change the "en" (English) to the appropriate 2-letter language code ("es" for Spanish).

So to correct it, just exit MLS, then use a text editor (such as Notepad) to edit and save that file with the correct language code, then restart MLS.

If you are comfortable with batch files or other scripting, you can automate the change so that you can easily switch back and forth.

It will be a permanent change, so I'll just change the en to es in the file

Thanks!
