Deadline to enter Visiting Teaching?

Is there a monthly 'deadline' to enter visiting teaching reports? For example, are the ward reports always pulled on a certain date by church headquarters? Or some other reason for which reports should be entered by a specific date?

My new VT Coordinator asked and I did not know the answer.

No information is pulled automatically. The ward clerk, however, needs to know how many sisters were visited in the last month of each quarter. He has to submit the quarterly report by the 15th of the month following the end of the quarter. But you need to talk to him about how he wants you to report the information and when. The general guidelines are that auxiliary's should provide their information to the clerk by the 10th but your clerk may want them sooner or may not care until the 15th. He may want the information entered into LCR or he may want a number reported directly to him.
