Changing responsible quorum for family

#1

Post by ggcannon »

We have a family that was assigned to the HP before it was known that the member sister was married and that she was married to a non-member. When her records were updated with the marriage information they are still showing up as assigned to the HP. Is there a way to change the responsible quorum for this family so that they will fall under the Elders list instead?

I assume your talking about home teaching responsibility. Currently, there is no way to change the default quorum a household is assigned to. Right now if the head of household is an Elder, they are assigned to the Elders Quorum, otherwise they are assigned to the HP.

However, you can still assign home teachers from either quorum to the household.
