Out of Unit Leaders

In the Organizations part of LCR, can an out of unit Young Women counselor or president see the young women in the unit to which she is assigned? She can select the unit (as can anyone else), but she cannot see the youth in the overlay unit where her out of unit calling has been set up.

We thought that establishing her as an out of unit member in the overlay unit would allow her to see the rest of the youth for which she is responsible. Does the restriction that a member can only see youth in their home ward keep this from happening?

We also have this issue. The young men/young women program is a tri-ward effort in our area.
