LCR will not load - bug in new update?

LCR will not load - bug in new update?
According to tech, there was an update done to LCR on Thursday the 15th. This morning, I can't get the LCR to load - it times out. All other tools are available. Need to send out the ward bulletin - any chance this is fixable this morning?

It was working earlier today, but now seems to be behaving as reported above.
