I know this has been asked a few time on here, but I am not able to find any answer to this issue... I have several people (Sisters Mainly) Where for some reason their email address is listed as "Private - Leadership Only". Both the Sisters & I have tried to correct this issue (I am Ward Clerk & Ward Website admin) with no success. I have even tried to make the whole family listed as Stake Visible but that does not change anything either. Here is a screenshot of the issue incase someone has some ideas.

Dual callings sometimes creates an issue. I'm not sure that the Ward Website admin has rights to change that. If the user logs in with their own ID can you make it work? When you click on the Edit link by the email address, you should see a popup like this: Do you see that popup? Are you able to select the Stake Visibility option? Can you click the Save button? Do you get any error messages?
If you don't see the popup, you might want to try a different browser.
Note that the overall household visibility is an overall limit, but individual items can be more restrictive. This is explained in the help article: "This setting is called the "Household Visibility Limit." It limits the maximum individual settings. No household members can have more visible permissions than the Household Visibility Limit. We do see the pop up and we have changed it to ward & stake, the *processing* wheel shows up then goes away & no change shows on the website. I tried setting the family to stake so it would allow me to make each option available to ward or stake, I understand the most restrictive take precedence over the least restrictive.

Have you tried exiting and going back in? I seem to recall a display bug where the display didn't update.

I'm getting exactly the same results with a member of my ward! To me it's looking like there is something else going on, other than what we are doing.

The developers have indicated it's a known problem. It will be fixed in the next release. No time table was indicated, but I understand there's no changes to be done around General Conference.
