We deleted CDE

hey we had to format our computer and lost cde, what do we do to get it back on here?

I'd call support - probably your area office.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

Assuming you can log into the Help Centre. This link https://www.lds.org/help/support/applic ... e?lang=eng will take you to the information area, which will give you access to the download page.

Hello! We also needed to reformat our mission computers. We downloaded the installer, but it got stuck at a page that says, "Please select another location to extract the installer to". When you choose a location nothing happens.
