Can't donate online
When I go to My Ward > Donations, I get a modal box with this message in it:
The unit you belong to does not support online donations. Please select a country that you want your donations to go to.
When I select the country (USA, which is the only option in the menu) and click Continue, it just cycles me back to the same modal box. I know my ward supports online donations as someone else in the Elder's Quorum has donated online. Anyone else have this problem?

Do you have a out-of-unit calling in another unit? Missionary?

Make sure your records are in the correct ward. Look at the online directory. Is it the correct ward?
Also, make sure your LDS Account is connected to the correct member record number (MRN). If you have a temple recommend, you'll find the MRN on it.

Re: Can't donate online
I have this exact same issue. I have checked, my MRN is correct, it lists the correct Ward, but when I go to the donations page, it says 'the unit you belong to does not support online donations' 'pick a country'. I pick USA, and I'm cycled back to that exact same page again. My bishop has announced online donations 2 weeks in a row now from the pulpit during sacrament meeting, so I know it is available in my area here in Ohio. how do I fix this?

rigrug823qub: It appears that you do not have a Primary E-mail address associated with your LDS Account. It is required that you have a primary e-mail address setup before you can use Online Donations. The Online Donations system should be telling you that, so I am not sure why you are not getting that message. At any rate, login to ldsaccount.lds.org and update your account to have a primary e-mail address and then you should be just fine.
Thanks!

bioctoplasterio: I am unable to reproduce the issue you are seeing. Are you still having difficulty logging into Online Donations? If so, can you respond with the exact steps to reproduce the issue as well as which operating system and browser you are using?bioctoplasterio wrote:When I go to My Ward > Donations, I get a modal box with this message in it:

We're having the same problem. I donated just fine by my daughter can't donate. She's getting the same error as the original poster.
She has an email associated with her account.
Her MRN is correct.
She can view the ward directory just fine and she shows up under our family.

Just to be clear - if she goes into ldsaccount.lds.org and clicks on Contact Settings, she has a email under "Email Address" and not just "Membership Email", correct?sasgrw wrote:She has an email associated with her account.

Yes, she does. I sent a follow-up posting regarding this but I don't see it on this thread. Not sure what happened to it. We tried a different browser and it worked fine so I think we might have a cookie issue with the browser that's not working. I haven't looked into it further, though.SparkyMartin wrote:That is correct.
