Gospel Library and Saving Images from Books.

#1

Post by Panowest »

In the GL, is there a way to save the images from a books page so that it stays embedded on that page when not connected to the internet?
Once my tablet is shut off (both windows 8.1 and 10), the image is wiped and only the text remains.
I assume this is to keep file size down on my drive?
There is a copy/paste function if I press and hold over an image but I cannot make it paste onto anything.

Is this possible or not? Thanks ahead of time. :)

No. The way the content team has designed the content, it is not possible to save the images from within a book for offline use. On all platforms, the device must be connected to the Internet to view embedded images. The new content source may change this, however, and we'll look into it if and when it becomes a possibility.

OK thanks.
Yes, It would be really handy if we could keep them when offline or save what we need for lessons and such.

Thanks again.
