I noticed the heading says "released Oct 15," ( past tense, ) so I am assuming we won't see these changes until then? If that is the case, why the past tense? Shouldn't it have read "will be released?"

That way they won't have to update the release notes when October 15th runs around. Also, some units have started using Leader and Clerk Resources 3.1 as a beta.
