Unable to open new Gospel Library

I have a Nokia cell phone running Windows 8. Yesterday my Gospel Library updated to version 2.15.8.30. All I can see is a welcome to the all-new Gospel Library for Windows welcome page saying WP Gospel Library changes. No way to enter the library or see manuals or anything. I have tried deleting but on downloading the same result occurs.

Please help me recover my Gospel Library as I need it for church and personal study and I cannot afford to pay for constant internet access to see it.

There should be a "Show this message in the future" option at the bottom for you to uncheck as well as a "Close" button on the bottom-right. Have you changed the settings on your phone to make things bigger than normal, by chance?
