Dumb question:
How do you fill Progress Record online? Is this a feature that is available only in certain areas/languages?
I know that in LCR under the tab Other there is a Progress record, but that just gives a pdf to print.

The "old" PDF form will appear if your Church unit is not enabled for the online Progress Record application. Such access is given when Area Book Planner ("digital area book") is used by the full-time missionaries serving in your ward/stake.
Additionally, the current version of the online Progress Record application is read-only. The data comes from the full-time missionaries' Area Book Planner.
