An ex-communicated brother recently moved into our ward and was baptized last Saturday.
Does anyone know how I should record this baptism?

Handbook 1 6:12 outlines the process. I believe whoever processed the paperwork for the readmission should handle this.

The baptism paperwork needs to be submitted with the disciplinary council paperwork that authorized the readmission.
