Sisters needing home teachers
Speaking of LCR - I am in a singles ward. The list of people needing home teachers only lists males... I know there should be some females on this list... how where do I report this bug?

That is a known issue. They show up under the High Priests, since they are all single sisters. You can still add them as households.
