Entries made on iPad do not show up on PC after sync

Many entries that I have made in any given note do not show up when I try to access them on a PC. For instance, the title of an entry is bold, which I like to do on my iPad to help certain titles/entries stand out as I organize and group scriptures in a note. However, when I sync my notes these entries do not appear online. It appears as if an entry needs content in the main part of the note to be viewed online. All of my entries that only have the bolded titles and no content do not appear online. Does anyone have experience with this? Or are there still conversion problems between iOS and Windows?

I don't know the answer, but just to clarify for the next person: When you talk about bold titles - you're just entering a title, and letting the app put it in bold (the default); you're _not_ entering HTML tags < b > yourself, right? Cuz it's known that HTML tags in notes will break at least some things in the online version of Notes.
