Creating a record for a baby
A family just moved out of our ward recently, and their records have been transferred to their new ward. They just found out that their son, who was blessed nearly a year ago never had a record created for him. Is this something that I, as the clerk of the former ward, can do anything about, or will they need to work it out with their new ward clerk? Thank you for your help!

Probably best to have the new clerk deal with it. He'll have all the information to link the parents and be able to follow though and makes sure it turns out OK. Blessings are not recorded at Church HQ, so I don't see an advantage to having you do it.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
