FOR printout too large and cropped

Postby michaelfish » Mon Jun 01, 2015 9:06 am

When I use Firefox to print the FOR form, the PDF is created by the website and appears okay on the screen, however when I print it to a printer or send it to a pdf file (cutepdf), the size to larger than 8 1/2 x 11 and is cropped on the right and bottom.

I've looked at printer settings (remember it fails on both print jobs and creating a pdf), changed printer settings (fit to page) but still has the problem.

So next, I tried printing from Chrome and everything is fine. I'd really like to use Firefox, so does anyone have some suggestions on what I can do and print the entire document on one page.

Since Firefox seems to be the problem, I looked at settings there but cannot find any which seem to solve the problem.

This is in a FHC and the other PC's (using Firefox) print just fine.

If the other computers work fine with the exact same setup, I'd recommend reinstalling Firefox and reinstalling the printer drivers. That's all I can think of!

You might double-check the zoom on the browser. Ctrl-0 (on a PC) resets the zoom to 100% on most browsers.
