Where do i begin. Developing Tools

The main thing is to develop tools and the resources to help members fulfill the callings or responsilibities quickly. Things that the websites should have in the future are: Home Teaching and/or Visiting Teaching assignments posted with reporting capabilities (good luck with that one). Chatting capabilities other then email. Printable reports llists such as Sunday School Roles or Elders Quorum lists just like in the MLS.

Then you need to develop tools for goals like Proclaiming the Gospel, Perfecting the Saints and Redeeming the Dead. That sounds veage but for example, tools to create a ward history. Tools to create an emergency plan for the ward area and so forth.

I guess thats just my wish list. My ultimate wish is have most if not all of the MLS workable from my home computer.
