How to ensure ward leaders are receiving "My Calling" emails

My Stake President recently forwarded an email to the bishops of the stake to ensure they received it:

Subject: Elder and Sister Bednar to Host Youth Worldwide Event
From: Communications@email.ldschurch.org
Date: Tue, Apr 21, 2015 at 3:13 PM

My bishop apparently missed it, until seeing it from the Stake President.

How do I ensure the appropriate people are receiving these "My Calling" emails?
