One of our units in the stake could not sign on to the MLS today (Sunday). The ward clerk mentioned that members of the bishopric, clerks, and other ward leaders put in their username and password, but no one can gain access. Any suggestions?

Is the list of user names gone? If so, then read this: Lost user names (MLS).
