I can't access Leader and Clerk Resources with my home PC. As soon as I am on the main Leader and Clerk Resources page my name is no longer present under the "My Account and Ward" on the upper right hand corner of the page and I can't access any of the drop down menus across the top of the page.
If I use my laptop to access the Leader and Clerk Resources, I am able to access everything just fine.
What can I do to regain needed access from my home PC?

You may need to clear you cache and/or do a refresh, such as a ctrl-F5.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I figured it out! My computer clock did not adjust for daylight savings time for some reason. After adjusting my clock and clearing my cache, everything works fine. Thanks again for the advise, it helped lead me to the problem.
