LCR not working with Firefox 36.0.1?
I just went to LCR to look up a member's information and all of the menus on the page are doing nothing. When I click on any of them nothing happens. I also tried entering a name in the search box and nothing appears. I did the exact same thing with Safari (this is on a Mac) and it worked fine.
Any thoughts on what is happening? This has worked recently, so was there a recent upgrade that broke something?

I'm using Windows, and LCR is now broken exactly as you describe using Firefox 36.0.1. It also fails in the same way for Chrome. But it does work on Internet Explorer.rickk wrote:I just went to LCR to look up a member's information and all of the menus on the page are doing nothing. When I click on any of them nothing happens. I use LCR on Chrome all the time, so I agree that this must be a recent break.

We have been doing some work over the last couple of days. Is this still an issue? It may have been a transient issue that occurred while the changes were being deployed.

Yes, it's still a problem with both Firefox and Chrome for me. I cleared my cache, and it made no difference. It still works fine with IE.scgallafent wrote:We have been doing some work over the last couple of days. Is this still an issue? Yes, it is fixed for me in both Firefox and Chrome. Note that I did have to clear my browser cache in order for the fix to be effective.scgallafent wrote:We believe this has now been fixed.

Still not working for me in Firefox. I clear the cached web content and restarted firefox, but it still doesn't work. Did you do a more "rigorous" cache flush in order to make it work again?

Try Ctrl-F5 on the screen in question.

That sounds very much like a PC thing (and doesn't seem to do anything on the Mac)...
What function does it do and I will try to see if the Mac has an equivalent.

OK - I tried flushing the cache again and refreshing the page and now it is working again. I don't know if further changes were made of if firefox was just being stubborn, but thanks for getting it going.
