Computer out of warranty...

Hi,

We have a Lenovo All in one PC where the display no longer works and the PC is out of warranty. What should I do?

You can certainly call FamilySearch Support at 866-406-1830 and use the voice menu to get FHC Operations support. They can answer your question.

Or you can also use the Family History Center section of the online help system and search for something like "computer warranty" to find relevant articles.

According to the FHC Operations Guide, the answer is "contact FamilySearch Support."
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
