As far as I know, not on Church Headquarter's side....

I did a few Send and Receives about the same time before and during your post's timestamp. I had no problems.

I've been doing send/receives off and on today from about 9am - 4pm MST. Every one went through. (Dial-up)

I had a unit in Iowa that was having issues connecting through the Internet connection (even though they could browse lds.org from the same computer). I had them try the modem to see if it worked--they never called back, so I assume it worked for them.
