My ward has a goal for the youth and adults to do indexing for 2015. We will want to keep track of how many names have been indexed each month, and then a running total for the year.
Is there a report somewhere that shows the number of names indexed per ward? User? Any suggestions of how to keep track of this to show the membership how as a ward, we are doing with the goal?
Name Indexing Report? Does it exist?

Your stake indexing director has access to all this information. There is no access at the ward level, but your stake indexing director may well be willing to share this information on a monthly basis.douggw wrote:My ward has a goal for the youth and adults to do indexing for 2015. If your stake indexing director is unsure how to get the reports, direct them to this site:
https://indexing.familysearch.org/admin/unit.jsf
Stake indexing directors also have the ability to add other members of the stake as administrators to access the system, if they feel it's appropriate.
If you haven't already seen it, this may be a good resource as you plan:

And each indexer can see their own totals. So you could have the youth, for example, self-report their numbers. Not an elegant solution and there is a possibility for errors, but it does encourage individual participation in the reporting process.
