I'm looking to find out if there is a LDS Webcast Test Site that I can send to the Meeting Houses and have them test functionality before our Stake Conf. this weekend. Can anyone help?

Not sure the bit rate you will be streaming at, but by posting the following into your media player of choice at each of your receive sites, you'll get a test video stream of approx 60k bits/sec:
mms://stream.lds.org/webcast

Or for a higher bit rate (approx 175k bits/sec) you can try this one...
mms://stream.lds.org/webcast2

Remember, for the receive sites, the church recommends the available download bandwidth be at least 1.5x the streaming bit rate. So the first URL would be OK for DL BW > 90kb/s and the second one for DL BW > 260kb/s. These can be measured at http://speedtest.net when the building is unoccupied.

Cheers!
