Meetinghouse Location Calendars

We just called a new building scheduler for our stake center. Prior to the recent calendar upgrade, I had create a private calendar for the building scheduler to create private events, such as events for people who are not members of our stake.

Should I continue to use such a private calendar, or should I ask the building scheduler to create such events on the meetinghouse "Location" calendar?

Looks like a personal preferences thing to me.

The one thing I'm not sure about is how normal members see a building event. Can they see the name and details, or is it treated as "private"?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
