Member Information Not Visible
I am the Stake Employment Specialist and was contacting all my WES. In one Ward the member records (the WES for that ward) are not visible to me. He still lives in the Ward and his records are visible to those in his Ward and even my husband--who does not have a stake calling can view his information. I have Synced every time I try to see his information--nothing. Any ideas?

You say "sync", but you've posted this in Directory. Are you using LDS Tools, or the directory on LDS.ORG? And do you see the problem in both places?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
