I have a work around for now, but it does not solve the problem
when select print, save as xps doc and then print from there.
But I will contact global services tomorrow for perm solution, unless any of you kind people can help. Thanks

You might try downloading MLS and installing it on top of itself. That will insure that the install of Java that MLS is using is the correct version.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

It would be a good idea, but you shouldn't need it. You're only overlaying the program, not the data files.

I am usually able to print to CutePDF and then use the Windows operating system to print the file directly from the pdf. It is a workaround, similar to your using the xps doc file process.

You probably should change the A4 paper setting to Letter, although pdf is pretty forgiving if you forget.
