Member's yearly donations do not show up in Tithing report

I have a male member whose donations for the year are shown on the "Year to Date Donation Summary". All his tithing and other donations for the year were recorded, as this statement proves.

But when I print out his tithing statement report for the end of the year, its shows zero donations. Very perplexing.

Everything checks out for him being listed as a valid member of the branch, with no records that would confuse his donations with another member or a erroneous duplicate record.

I had a similar problem with a sister in our ward. In her case, printing her summary as *household* gave no records, but printing as *individual* showed all her donations. Try both and let us know what happens.
