Cannot access Notes
I have someone who cannot access Notes on any device. She gets a blank screen. Other members of her household can access their Notes with no problems. So, we know it's not an issue with her computer or other devices. Does anyone have any ideas?

Re: Cannot access Notes
It's been a long time, and maybe you've found a solution, but I happened to be reading the help for the LDS.org Notes area, and noticed this in the FAQs:
Q: I can't access Notes and Journal. I keep getting an error.
A: If you can't access Notes and Journal, try clearing your cookies and browsing history (or try another browser entirely) and attempt to sign in again.
If nothing else, that may be of use to someone else...
(That help looked quite good to me, BTW: https://ue.ldschurch.org/ldsapphelp/notesandjournal/)

Yes, we have tried that. I actually have several people who have the same thing happening. (I am the Notes Specialist for the LDs.org Response Team Volunteer) The above helps with most people, but there have been about a dozen people over the past year that nothing seems to work.

Re: Cannot access Notes
I have seen this arise with a different program, where something was not accessible from certain devices on a LAN, but was from others. To know if it is the same problem, answer this. Are the notes stored locally, or online? If online, is the person using a satellite company for an ISP? Is the person connecting to their router via WiFi?
If yes, it may be a packet loss issue. try connecting the device directly to the modem via cable, if possible. this will eliminate some packet loss. if that resolves the problem, you have your culprit.

I am now getting this error too. I have cleared all cookies and histories and tried alternate browsers and nothing seems to help. Any other suggestions??
